HTC One S gets a brand new Snow White paintjob
It isn't that easy to explain, but there's just something special about white smartphones. They grab the attention easily and stand out like a diamond in a pile of charcoal. And so does the HTC One S Special Edition, which is the latest handset to join the white party. As you can see in the photo, it has been treated to a nice new paintjob, but that isn't the only special thing about the handset.

This modified HTC One S comes with 64GB of on-board storage, which is very generous no matter how you look at it. But under the hood, the smartphone retains the characteristics that we already know: 1.5GHz dual-core Snapdragon S4 processor, 8-megapixel camera, 4.3-inch Super AMOLED screen, all enclosed inside of an ultra slim, 7.8-millimeter body.

Now for the sad part, the HTC One S isn't available globally, it seems. Actually, this model was spotted in Taiwan – HTC's homeland, and we don't really know whether it will ever land our way. Still, we won't mind if it does eventually. How about you?

So tired of cell companies that penalize early adopters by offering color choices later on. Paying the full rate of $299 for a RAZR on release day gave me LESS CHOICE than someone who gets one at $99. Sigh.

adding color choices later just keeps the device interesting. when you got your phone on release day it was cutting edge. literally. xD

make the screen HD and you have a winner.

its a winner already with the white paint job and more storage but I feel you on the HD screen! lol

I would be happy with a non-pentile version of current screen...

yea non pentile is always better than pentile.....but i get the feeling this will still be 500+ off contract and with that kind of money you should do some shopping around before pulling the trigger.......jus sayin
