mine came yesterday for some reason. i ordered it the 19, it also came with a 2gb mirco sd.

Got mine yesterday too, but the flash is loose...you can hear it shaking around and when you take the battery door off you can wiggle it like a loose tooth...does yours do the same?

Got mine yesterday too, with the 2gb micro sd card. I haven't really have any flaws yet, other than the reception being a bit low compared to full bars with previous phone and battery drains fast, but again i was constantly playing with it. Awesome phone. The HTC Droid incredible is incredible. Must have.

No, I think you just have a defected unit. I just checked. You might want to take it to the store.

seriously...so here is my round about solution...what a pain... I am adding a 6th line to my account to get a new INC, then returning the one they sent me and cancelling the line...ugh.

prepare yourself for a 35.00 restock fee... vzw changed its policy and no matter what the reason you are going to pay 35.00 talk to a manager dont waste your money!!!!

if there is an issue with the phone and you exchange with the same make and model there is no restocking fee check your facts before posting

Okay, no dice...they insist that this is the way the phone is........so, I signed up for a new line and returned the other one...what a pain, but the phone is INCREDIBLE!

Tons of phones out there are having spec iPhone killer, but the most powerful thing isn't the iPhone, it's the Fanboys!!! We can kill the iPhone easily but not the fanboys ahahahahahahaha
