A G5 Spigen case render zooms in on the rear of LG's next big thing

We can always count on case maker Spigen to conceal an upcoming flagship in one of its case renders, revealing at least a bit of the final expected design for us to marvel at, and it didn't disappoint, this time with the LG G5. This high-end handset is expected to be announced on the same day with the Galaxy S7, showing how comfortable LG is to take on almighty Samsung head-on this year, and is expected to features a brand new design to boot.

Spigen has relayed all the rumors we've heard so far about the chassis in a case render - we have the volume buttons moved on the side, the circular finger scanner on the back, and the large camera area which houses two lenses, a laser and infrared autofocus systems, as well as two LED flash units, armed and ready.

Judging from the case render, the G5 may also sport a very good screen-to-body ratio, but we'll know for certain only when LG takes the stage in two weeks or so. We'll be there, camera in hand, to relay to you all the festive atmosphere of the announcement. Spigen says that the case will be in stock at the end of March, so there might be a few weeks between the G5 unveiling, and its actual release to retailers and carrier portfolios, as usual.
