Amazon is incredibly selling the large Galaxy Watch 8 at 35 percent off with no strings now
One of the best smartwatches an Android phone user can get today is way cheaper than usual in a single size and single color option for all Amazon buyers.

While the latest (super-lengthy) Prime Day event wrapped up more than five days ago at the time of this writing, you can amazingly still buy devices like the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra, Tab S11, Tab S10 Lite, Google Pixel 10, and Galaxy Watch 8 Classic at some of their lowest ever prices. And the best thing is you no longer need an Amazon Prime membership to claim the record high (or near record high) discounts.
The "regular" Galaxy Watch 8 is the latest gadget to join that already extensive and eclectic group, looking like an even better alternative than usual to the love-it-or-hate-it "bezelicious" Galaxy Watch 8 Classic at a whopping $131 under its $379.99 list price in a 44mm variant sans cellular connectivity.
The 35 percent discount makes this jumbo-sized intelligent timepiece (way) cheaper than its 40mm Bluetooth-only model, and although the Galaxy Watch 9 family is reportedly right around the corner, I think folks with large wrists might be looking at the best smartwatch they can buy this summer, at least in terms of bang for their buck.
Equipped with an undeniably high-quality AMOLED touchscreen, as well as basically all the same health monitoring tools as its Classic sibling, the non-Classic Galaxy Watch 8 does lack the aforementioned rotating bezel while also failing to impress in the battery life department (even by Wear OS standards).
Still, at its heavily reduced price with no special requirements, this thing certainly has more strong points than weaknesses, as well as a similar number of strengths as the significantly costlier Google Pixel Watch 4, for instance. And no, Samsung's official US e-store can't come close to matching Amazon's generosity right now, so this is clearly your smartest buying option, as long as you don't mind going for a silver colorway and pulling the trigger ASAP.
