LG V40 ThinQ and G7 ThinQ are half off at Verizon, also qualifying for BOGO deals
There are a number of reasons why LG's smartphones might not be selling like hotcakes anymore, but ironically, the company's financial and creative downfall should make high-end devices like the V40 ThinQ and G7 ThinQ more attractive than ever. That's because it's constantly raining deals on these relatively well-reviewed mobile powerhouses, culminating with a recent promotion in which Best Buy, Sprint, and LG essentially joined forces to pay you to get the handset manufacturer's latest flagship off their hands.

If you missed that incredible bargain or want to activate the LG V40 ThinQ on a different network, Verizon is currently shaving 50 percent off this big guy's list price with monthly payment plans and an obligatory new line of service or altogether new account. If you're willing to meet that requirement, you're looking at 24 monthly installments of $20.42 (down from $40.83), amounting to a grand total of $489.99 instead of $979.99.

Keep in mind that your savings will be credited to your account over two years, which is basically the standard procedure in these cases. But wait, there's more. More savings to be had, not conditions to meet, mind you, thanks to Verizon's already detailed Valentine's Day BOGO offers. That's right, you can buy a half-off V40 ThinQ and get a G7 ThinQ free of charge after bill credits. Or cough up $490 for your first V40 ThinQ unit and just 230 extra bucks on a second device with the same specifications.

The LG G7 ThinQ is also marked down from a list price of $750 to $375 for a limited time with 24 monthly payments of only $15.63 while qualifying for a BOGO arrangement of its own. That means you can get Snapdragon 845-powered 6.1-inchers with matching screen cutouts and two 16MP rear-facing cameras each for a measly 375 bucks overall. Just be sure to read the fine print and remember two new LG flagships are right around the corner.
