It may not be the latest model, but the Galaxy Watch 7 packs pretty much everything you’d want out of a top-tier Samsung smartwatch. It tracks all the standard stuff like heart rate, stress, sleep, and workouts. Plus, it supports Samsung’s body composition analysis, letting you measure your body’s muscle and fat percentages.
