Update for Verizon's Pantech UML290 4G LTE modem brings forth improved connections
For those individuals out there getting a jump start on using Verizon’s impressively speedy 4G LTE network, some probably got their first taste thanks to the Pantech UML290 USB modem.

Thankfully, Verizon has pushed out a software update for the modem, which is available now for download through their support page, and brings forth some greatly appreciative enhancements. Specifically, the new update packs along improved connections in both 4G and 3G locations, correction for certain auto-connect issues, better power reporting, and enhancements for stability.

So if you happen to be plagued with some annoying connection issues, you can install this to make all those worries seemingly disappear in an instant – thus getting back to your solid 4G LTE connection.
