The latest rumor is pointing to a November 3rd release for the handset, which isn't too bad when you think about it, but clearly falls right into the thick of battle for the coveted title of supremacy among smartphones this holiday season. The handset itself is best known for having that shiny green colored jewelry code name – Project Emerald.
Mint Mobile is now allowing you to get whichever plan you like for either three, six, or 12 months for just $15/mo. If you go for the six-month unlimited service, for instance, you'll now have to pay just $90 upfront instead of $210.
