Sony launches The Last Guardian Xperia Theme

One of the most anticipated PlayStation games in the last decade, The Last Guardian has just made its debut in the United States and is expected to hit European countries on December 9.

Team Ico started working on The Last Guardian back in 2007, but due to the limitations of the hardware inside the PlayStation 3, the project advanced very slow to the point that it was almost canceled by Sony.

The Last Guardian was initially slated for a 2011 release, but it got delayed several times until the launch of PlayStation 4 made it a feasible project. All those years of waiting finally come to an end this week, as the game makes it way into the PlayStation Store.

To celebrate the launch of the highly-anticipated The Last Guardian, Sony launch a special Xperia Theme that's now available for download via Google Play store.

It appears to be available for free and it's been tested on just about all Xperia devices, including the Xperia Z5, Z5 Compact, Xperia Z4 Tablet, Xperia Z3.

The Last Guardian theme for Xperia devices allows users to customize everything related to the homescreen, lockscreen and the menu. It comes with nice icons, wallpapers, colors and stylish buttons.

If you're rocking an Xperia device, you can give it a go. Keep in mind that it requires Android 5.0 Lollipop or newer, but that shouldn't be a problem.

It also changes the navigation bar icons, colour and accents of key UI elements. I should know, I have a theme for my Xperia Z2 that makes it an EXACT 1:1 COPY of the Google Pixel, new colour, the nice navbar, and also the sounds. The nav bar change is absolutely important to me, if I bought a Nexus 5X for instance, I woulda had to shoehorn TWRP, Substratum, and Cyanogenmod to do the exact same thing!!!
