Samsung shares some fresh video tips on how to use Galaxy Gear

Now that Samsung Galaxy Gear is starting to go on sale at various locations in the US and elsewhere in the world, there may be a number of you that finally make the move on to Samsung’s smartwatch.

If, by some strange course of events, the retail folks do not help you connect your Galaxy Gear to your Galaxy smartphone, or if you get the watch in the mail, you may be looking for some quick tips about the basic functions of Galaxy Gear.

In anticipation of that, Samsung just shared a bunch of new videos that cover the basics, from connecting your Galaxy Gear to your Galaxy Note 3, Galaxy S4, Galaxy S4 Active or Galaxy Mega, to properly using the dialer, the camera and getting familiar with the gestures used to navigate all the functions.

These videos are not flashy enthusiast productions, but they address what needs to be covered with the right amount of detail without droning on forever and ever.
