The Samsung Galaxy Note 9 will be unveiled in New York City on August 9th during the company's latest unpacked event. But if you head over to Samsung.com, you can reserve the right to purchase the new device right now. This offer started today and runs through August 9th at 11:59pm EDT. Or, you can reserve your right to purchase the Galaxy Note 9 using the Shop Samsung app from August 10, 2018, starting at 12:01a.m. EDT, to August 12, 2018 at 11:59 p.m. EDT.

Once the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is released for sale, you will have 72 hours to return to the Samsung website or the Shop Samsung app to complete the transaction. If you fail to do that, the reservation will be cancelled. Keep in mind that reserving a spot doesn't require any money to change hands. That doesn't occur until you actually purchase the phone.

Samsung is also offering those who reserve the right to order the Galaxy Note 9, a chance to trade-in a qualified handset and receive up to $450 credit toward the purchase of the device. In addition, those who do sign up will receive their new Galaxy Note 9 on or before August 24th. To subscribe, click on the sourcelink below.
