This is a really wicked deal. Especially the XL model. Plus it's great for Daydream VR, and AR as well.

It's a Pixel, and it has unlimited camera storage via the cloud.

For people that like to get out of the city, cloud is not a solution for insufficient storage. Yesterday I was on a walking track through a wood with some small hills. Data connection speed dropped to edge, making it barely suitable for some text messaging.

You can set your photos and videos to be automatically offloaded. So even if your away their should be enough space to make more videos or pictures, and then when your back in range, the data will be offloaded once again.

What if you want to listen to music, but all your music is in the cloud? Cloud helps, but it's not a 100% solution for real storage. 32GB might be ok for some people, but there are still many that will feel constrained.

Sold by third party and not by amazon. Not good. No buy.

But it's fullfilled by Amazon, so what difference will it really make?

I'm not saying that the phone is bad, but for a nearly two-year-old device and for 32 GB, I think it needs to be far less expensive. I might have expected that price of the 64GB model once the Pixel 2 phones were released... Blah, I've been giving it a lot of thought, I think I might forgo the Pixel 4 (When I'm ready to upgrade) and instead settle for a mid-range with a beefier battery and expandable storage. I love my Pixel, but there's not much that I do on the device that can't be done on others.... Honestly, the only unique feature that I truly use is the active listening feature that identifies the name of the song and artist on your lock screen.
