New photos of Apple iPhone X surface

New photos of Apple iPhone X surface
The same lucky individual who posted a video on Reddit yesterday showing Live Wallpaper on the Apple iPhone X, is at it again. Today, he has posted a trio of photos of the iPhone X that he apparently snapped late last month as the screen shows September 30th as the date. The first picture shows the phone's lock screen, the notch, ears and more. The second picture reveals the home screen, and the third and final snapshot focuses on the back of the unit.

We'd like to point out a few things here. One, there is a "Confidential and Proprietary" disclaimer on the bottom of the lock screen. This could indicate that the version of iOS on this particular phone is a special build used inside Apple, which could mean that the "lucky individual" is an Apple employee. The phone number covered up in the picture would most likely give away the name of the person who has violated some sort of non-disclosure agreement.

Apple will start accepting pre-orders for the iPhone X on October 27th. The tenth anniversary model launches on November 3rd. There could be a limited quantity available at first, especially if reports about Apple's struggles producing the complex TrueDepth camera are true. Last week, one financial wire service said that Apple's yield on iPhone X production is currently a horrible 10%. If true, that means 90% of the units being produced are failing to meet Apple's standards.

I wouldn't say that. It looks like a number stub you pull for waiting at the DMV.

Hahaha, most beautiful phone? Most fastest phone? says who?? It has the same chipset with Iphone 8 but Iphone 7/plus is still faster than this latest Iphone. Don't tell me that it will be different for this X edition.

Well...you can't deny it: it's the closest to a full-screen phone ever released by a manufacturer. Yes, it has the cutout, but the full-screen feeling remains. On the other hand, I hate to see how the Android manufacturers cut their bezels by 2mm and call their phones "bezel-less". No, the S8, the G6, the V30 are NOT full-screen phones. Hopefully at least Samsung will continue their tradition of copying Apple and will release a proper full-screen S9 X or something, because I am an Android user and I really want a truly full-screen phone.

"Hopefully at least Samsung will continue their tradition of copying Apple and will release a proper full-screen S9 X or something," A tradition of copying who? Nice joke to think the notch of the iPhone X isn't bezel.

He's either high or stupid because all hands on reviews have stated that the iPhone X has a thick bezel around the whole screen plus the cutout. Hence, why it loses in screen to body ratio comparisons to all Android full screen flagships.

That thick bezel around the phone is the curvature of the screen and Apple doesn’t make phones with curved screens so it makes sense

Who'd believe a word those paid YouTube actors say??? Nobody! People watch them just for fun just like late night comedy shows these days. 99% them are biased towards android phones and hate Apple from the gut. Those are lying cunts. iPhone X has the least bezels and looks like the most futuristic design ever!

Samsung copied Apple all along since 1127 A.D.

Samsung copied everything from design to software to cameras to earphones to finger print. Even they copied the packaging lol. That's how low Samsung went to grab the Apple user base and earn some black money. I've been a Samsung user for about 8 years now. I know what I'm talking about. Even they found guilty for copying Apple and paid Apple $550 million. Icons, Menus, Apps, App names, Samsung pay, samsung wallet, samsung app store all are copied products. There are some phones by Samsung which looks exactly like iPhone 6.

Bro, it sounds like the only thing you've been using for 8 years is meth. Lay off and maybe get into rehab. Calm down a bit you know.

iPhone X doesn't even have the highest screen to body ratio. So you can't call it the closest thing to a full screen phone.

Oh yeah?? So what??? All that matters is the look. Just look at the Essential phone which has the highest number of 84.9%. It's down right ugly and an eyesore to look at. Screen to body ratio says nothing about the design of a phone. iPhone X has 82.9% but it looks like the most beautiful phone ever. Can you deny it?

"Just look at the Essential phone which has the highest number of 84.9%. It's down right ugly and an eyesore to look at" Oh, and the iPhone X notch isn't just as much of an eye sore to look at? *sigh*

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but with that notch, the iPhone X is one of the uglier phones of this year. Together with the Essential phone. Both are ugly because of that notch.

The X has a bezel around the entire screen, plus that ugly notch. Apple now calls the bezel a border, and makes the screen look like a tempered glass screen protector on top of the actual screen. You can choose to not see it all you want, but the rest of us do, and it's not a good look. You're not an android user either. Stop lying dude. Look at all that black area, between the frame and screen...bezel.

Are these isheep for real?! Sorry but that is hilarious. The GS8 has the best design by far. Imagine if there was a pixel edition of the GS8, would have wiped the floor with everything.

Its ironic that you say Samsung copies Apple while speaking of the iPhone X, which is a Galaxy S8 clone. Except that the S8 has a higher screen to body ratio than the supposedly app screen iPhone X.

a clone? they don't even look alike.

They look as much like our as the Galaxy S3 looked like the iPhone, and we heard no end of that being a copy.

with that logic the Galaxies with glass-metal sandwich are copies of iPhone 4. it's the first Galaxy S that faced lawsuit of being to similar to iPhone.

Which wasn’t even released in American without MAJOR changes. How retarded is that? The global galaxy s that looked like an iPhone wasn’t even released in North America and Apple somehow won that lawsuit. Hilarious.
