LeEco smartphones are making their way to more US retailers
LeEco is still a relatively young brand in the United States, but that hasn't stopped the company from expanding to as many outlets as possible to get its devices in consumer's hands. In a blog post that LeEco published to its official website, the company outlined further plans to get its Le Pro3 and Le S3 smartphones into more brick-and-mortar and online storefronts throughout 2017.

Starting today, you can now purchase both of LeEco's smartphones through BrandsMart USA. The phones are available online and in-store, and they feature the same pricing as they do everywhere else - $349 for the Le Pro3 and $199 for the Le S3. Fry's Electronics will start selling the handsets in the coming weeks, and LeEco also plans to add them to more physical Best Buy stores in "the next few months."

This expansion follows up the Le Pro3 and Le S3's availability in Target that went live in January, and it's a sure sign that LeEco is serious about making as big of a dent as possible in the US smartphone market.

Cool, but please improve the camera, not only in the the hardware part, but in the software part too. Then i'll buy a LeEco phone, the Le Max 2 actually.

The current camera of Le Pro 3 is already as good if not better than iCr@p 7. Just use Google Camera and it will show its true potential. Even the Lens Blur feature will put iCr@p 7+ portrait mode to shame.

Nope, you are just one butt-hurt iCrap fan. You are delusional if you think iCrap is better in camera than any mid-to-high-end Android phones out there.

"Nope, you are just one butt-hurt iCrap fan." You have the syntax of a grade-schooler. "You are delusional if you think iCrap is better in......" You're delusional if you think this s**tty cheap piece of trash can honestly compete at anything other than a spec sheet reading. Then again, that's the only kind of reading most of you do, so it doesn't surprise me how ridiculous you sound.

This company is the perfect example of why expansion isn't always a good thing so early in existence.

Posting on one now. Got it on flash sale for $250. Recent updates improved the camera significantly, particularly HDR. Software takes some getting used to but once I played with the settings and arranged the quick settings toggles I actually really like it. Just disable the LeEco apps and hide them with your launcher like Nova.

I will never buy these phones until they come out with better storage options. 32GB with no expansion slot is a deal breaker for me.

The Le Max 2 was just released with 6GB Memory & 64GB Storage. Don't think there is an expandable slot, but no way I'll ever come close to using 64GB or 6G. Unfortunately it only comes in Rose Gold (pink) or Force Gold. The pink version is being sold at a lesser price.

This is the best news I've heard in a long time, and that's strictly from a United States perspective. Seems like we were always left out of the amazing specs cell phone dance. The 64GB Le Max 2 was released with pretty much all the necessary bands to make it pretty much available to all carriers. Whether they'll unlock it and allow us to use it, remains to be seen. The olive branch has clearly been extended though. If others start following the same path, Apple and Samsung are gonna start going some serious sweating.
