LG G Watch is official, available later today on Google Play
We heard earlier today that the LG G Watch would be available for purchase on July 7th, but Google has jumped the gun on that. Google has just announced at Google I/O that the LG G Watch will be made available for purchase later today on the Google Play Store. Unfortunately, Google failed to mention the two more important pieces of information: price and shipping.
We know that the LG G Watch will be made available for purchase later today on Google Play, but that's about it right now. Assuming the report from earlier today is correct, the G Watch will cost $255 and today's availability will only be for pre-order with the device shipping in two weeks. We'll be sure to update you when we get the official word.
