Huawei, just teased that it will announce a new Honor device on August 10, and judging from the recent leaks, the phone in question might be an intersting one.
A few days ago, we reported about a new Huawei Honor device that was spotted on TENAA - rolling under the ATH-AL00 model number, the handset in question would have been another ordinary phone that blends with the rest if it wasn't for its camera.
Both the front--facing and the main camera of the device, along with their flash sidekicks, are placed on a module that pops up from the top of the phone thanks to a mechanism controlled by a button on the side. Undoubtedly, a head-turning trick that makes this Honor device stand out.
Specs-wise, the Huawei Honor ATH-AL00 remains a mystery, with the rumor mill claiming it might sport a homegrown Kirin chipset and either 3 or 4GB of RAM inside.
We're more than sure that the August 10 event won't treat us to the Huawei Mate 8, expected to be the next Huawei flagship, as said device is expected to arrive on September 2.
