Honor's Black Friday smartphone sales skyrocketed in the US and Europe
The Honor Play

Huawei sub-brand Honor already dominates online smartphone sales throughout the most part of the year, but during the recent Black Friday weekend, it seems the company saw a pretty remarkable surge in sales.

Across Western Europe, the budget brand saw an average increase in sales of 250% versus Black Friday 2017. This is largely down to the Honor 10 flagship, which instantly became one of the top 10 smartphones on Amazon, and the cheaper Honor 9 Lite, which was the best-selling device in its price range throughout the region.

Honor also proved extremely popular in the Czech Republic, Poland, and Finland. More specifically, the brand was the number one smartphone brand across all sales channels in the latter market, while in the Czech Republic sales increase a whopping 200%. Also notable is the Honor Play’s performance in Poland – sales grew a humongous 500% over the weekend.

The Huawei-backed brand’s performance in the US was also mentioned in the numbers. According to the company, demand for the Honor View 10 reached new highs and was completely sold out on Amazon and Newegg.
