HTC Desire X arrives in the U.K.
Late August was when Taiwan based HTC introduced the HTC Desire X, and now the result of all that work is available in the U.K.from Clove Technology in stealth black. The HTC Desire X will run you 228 GBP after vat (value added tax), which converts to about $367 USD. Buyers get 25GB of free DropBox storage for two years to enhance the 4GB of native storage that comes with the unit.

The HTC Desire X has a 4 inch Super LCD 2 screen with a pixel density of 233ppi. Under the hood is a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Play MSM8225 which is not the same S4 you are used to seeing from the 28nm manufacturing process. Instead, it is a CortexA5 chip produced using the 45nm process. The Adreno 203 GPU takes care of the graphics while 768MB of RAM is aboard.  A 32GB capacity microSD slot can be found on the HTC Desire X. On the back, the 5MP camera captures DVD quality video and a 1650mAh battery keeps the fridge cold. HTC Sense runs over Android 4.0 and Beats Audio is on board.

It's not the highest spec'd phone around to be sure, but for those watching their financial waistline, the HTC Desire X might be what the Doctor ordered.
