Arguably the most popular photo editing app for mobile phones, Google Photos has just been updated with new features that further enhance its functionality.

As the title says, Google Photos now features some new dynamic filters that allow users to edit captured pictures and enhance them with just one tap. There's an entirely new set of filters introduced in this update, so make sure to experiment with them.

Another improvement to the app is the addition of advanced editing controls, which enable users to tweak lighting, color, and many other aspects of a photo, including an innovative Deep Blue slider that adds color to sky and water.

Lastly, Google Photos can now put together, even more movies to remember the good moments of your life, such as your child's first months, highlights from the year, or even holiday traditions over time.

The new version of Photos has already been pushed to Google Play Store, so you can go ahead and update it. The iOS app did not receive these features yet, but it's been updated with some performance improvements.
