BONE Horn Stand adds 12dB to your iPhone speaker

BONE Horn Stand adds 12dB to your iPhone speaker
We aren't accustomed to seeing actual horns being used as speakers anymore, but the BONE Horn Stand looks pretty promising. Its retailers claim that it will increase your iPhone's speaker output by 12dB. That's impressive considering it won't draw any extra power from your device.

The silicone accessory simply slips over your iPhone, and boosts your speaker's output. It also has a cutout for your USB connector, and has an overlay so you can still use your home button. So it's more than just your grandpa's gramophone.

As the name implies, the Horn Stand also props the iPhone up, either in portrait or landscape mode, making it a great option for watching movies or projecting your music throughout a mid-sized space. The retailer says it fits all iPhone versions, but the manufacturer only makes mention of the iPhone 4. We imagine that, as it is a soft silicone, it will probably stretch around any iPhone model.
