Weekend Deal: Expansys drops prices for the Microsoft Lumia 640, 640 XL, and the LG G Flex 2
If you're a T-Mobile or AT&T subscriber and you're looking to purchase a mid-range Windows Phone smartphone, then Expansys has an interesting deal going on at the moment. The Microsoft Lumia 640 and 640 XL are both offered at promotional prices throughout this weekend. As part of the promotion, the retailer is also offering an unlocked LG G Flex 2 at 21 percent of the usual retail price.
Starting off with the high-end phone here, Expansys is currently selling the LG G Flex 2 at $449.99, down from its usual price of $569.99. The handset comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 810 chipset paired with 3GB of RAM, a 5.5-inch curved display with a resolution of 1080 by 1920 pixels, 32GB of integrated storage space, as well as a microSD card slot. Expansys sells the device in both Flamenco Red and Black color options.
Other specs include a 13MP primary camera, a 2.1MP secondary camera on the front, and a 3000mAh battery. The LG G Flex 2 also comes with a back cover that can self-heal minor scratches. The Microsoft Lumia 640 is offered at $179.99, down from its usual price of $209.99, while the dual-SIM version is offered at $189.99, down from $219.99. Both are LTE-equipped versions of the handsets.
The Microsoft Lumia 640 comes with a 5-inch display running at 720 by 1280 pixels. Under the hood, we find a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset (1.2GHz quad-core ARM Cortex-A9 processor, Adreno 305 GPU) paired with 1GB of RAM, 8GB of integrated storage space, a microSD card slot, and a 2500mAh battery.

Expansys is now also offering the dual-SIM version of Microsoft Lumia 640 XL at a price of $249.99, a $40 discount from the handset's usual retail price. Like its smaller brother, the Lumia 640 XL comes with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 chipset paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of microSD-expandable integrated storage space.
