The "New Samsung Galaxy" (S6?) is headed to the UK via Carphone Warehouse
Earlier today, we told you that Carphone Warehouse had started accepting registrations for HTC's upcoming flagship smartphone, currently referred to as "the new HTC One" (though it will most probably be called One M9 at launch). It turns out that the British retailer is also accepting registrations for Samsung's next big thing, calling it the "New Samsung Galaxy."

Both HTC and Samsung will announce their new flagship smartphones on March 1, at MWC 2015 in Barcelona, but it's not clear when the handsets are expected to be available to buy. Carphone Warehouse probably knows a bit more than we do, though for now it's not revealing any specific details about this.

As previously reported, HTC should unveil a regular One M9 (with a 5-inch 1080p display), as well as a One M9 Plus (with a 5.2-inch Quad HD screen) at MWC. As for Samsung, the South Korean giant is expected to announce a regular Galaxy S6, alongside a Galaxy S6 Edge (this should sport a screen that wraps around its edges). Most likely, Carphone Warehouse will sell all four new smartphones.

We'll be in Barcelona at MWC 2015 starting March 1, so make sure to stick around for updates on all the new products that Samsung, HTC and other companies are going to announce.
