Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 $49.99 on contract at Sprint, starting October 11th
Sprint announced on Monday that it will start selling the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 for just $49.99 with a signed two-year contract. The tablet will be available starting October 11th in white, although a special Midnight Black version of the slate will be offered for the holidays. The tablet is equipped with a 7 inch screen featuring resolution of 1024 x 600 which works out to a pixel density of 170 ppi. A dual-core 1.6GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU is under the hood along with an Adreno 305 GPU. 1.5GB of RAM is aboard along with 16GB of native storage and a 64GB capacity microSD slot. The back and front-facing snappers weigh in at 3MP and 1.3MP respectively. A 4000mAh battery keeps the lights on and Android 4.2.2 is pre-installed out of the box. Unlike the Samsung Galaxy Note line of tablets, the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is a more traditional tablet without many of the so-called gimmicks like S Pen and features like Multi Window.

Samsung for Enterprise (SAFE) is aboard. This is a part of the tablet that lets you securely use certain apps for business, like the browser, email, contacts and more. Group Play allows you to share a game, video, photos and even a presentation with multiple Samsung device owners using Wi-Fi. With Samsung WatchON, your tablet can be used as a remote for any TV or DVR and the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is equipped with LTE connectivity. Sprint's LTE service now covers 185 markets and hopes to reach 200 million POPs by the end of the year.
