LG G Pad 8.3 performance benchmarks
LG has come up with a beautiful new tablet in the G Pad 8.3 (here's our unboxing), and while everything seems to be top-notch in the design department, we're wondering if it's going to be fast enough, in order to deliver an equally good performance.

Naturally, we've run a series of synthetic performance benchmarks on the LG G Pad 8.3 to quickly get an idea of just how fast it's going to be, and we have to say that while its results are in no way groundbreaking, we do think that performance won't really be an issue. The tablet features the Snapdragon 600 SoC with a quad-core processor clocked at 1.6 GHz, the Adreno 320 GPU and the healthy 2 GB of RAM. Sure, this isn't state-of-the-art silicon, but it's still pretty high-end. Take a look at the scores below!

It's a really nice looking slate. If the price is not right, than it will deter people away from it. $299 max i think is the best. $349 will be pushing it. Anything more is insane.

Quadrant? Antutu? Why not use a few more useless junk irrelevant benchmarks. Some sites are really frustrating. No wonder nobody takes this site seriously.

someone using quadrant in 2013 doesn't really have any clue.

That's how a camera review is done.

Amazon will start shipping their Kindle HDX 7 and HDX 8.9 in a few days. If I don't see anything on U.S. availability of the LG G Pad 8.3, I, like, I'm sure, a whole lot of other people will just go with the Kindle .. or .. The iPad Mini (if the new one has retina display).

I'm not so sure LG is being wise at all in waiting to tell us here in the U.S. when/if the G Pad 8.3 will be available here. It's holiday gift buying time.

Everybody who's wondering about the price, do not fear anymore! It will cost exactly as much as the Nexus 7 2013 32GB version (at least in Sweden). So the price tag is really good with this one.
