Here's what the gold HTC One (M9) reportedly looks like
Over the past few months, we've seen quite many different images that allegedly showed HTC's upcoming One (M9), also known as HTC Hima. While we won't know for sure what the device looks like until HTC officially announces it, more and more leaked photos are showing up to reveal the same design, even when they come from different sources.

The latest images are published by Nowhereelse, and reportedly present the back of a gold One (M9). As you can see below, the inside of the rear case is carefully crafted, so it's unlikely for it to be fake. Of course, that doesn't necessarily mean it's from the final version of the One (M9), either. In any case, these new photos are in line with older ones (see here, here, and here). Interestingly, none of these images confirm the fact that the HTC One (M9) has a dual rear camera, as all are showing only one camera unit on the back.

HTC will announce the One (M9) on March 1 at MWC, when a One (M9) Plus is also expected to be unveiled. The Plus model is supposed to have a 5.2-inch display with 1440 x 2560 pixels, and a fingerprint scanner, in addition to the features that the regular, 5-inch One (M9) is offering - including BoomSound speakers, an octa-core Snapdragon 810 processor, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of internal memory, and Android Lollipop with Sense 7 UI.

Take a look below, and let us know if you think this is what the real HTC One (M9) will look like.

I also want 5.5 but lets hope that camera lens is not close to being the real deal cuz that looks absolutely ridiculous!

no these are different than the final body type of the m9. the internals are probably the only thing correct.

What about the big front facing camera that HTC said the M9 would have?

Gunmetal gold looks expensive and premium as hell. The best designed smartphone will only get better this year

apple has the best fingerprint tech on the iphone it doesn't make sense to add one for the heck of it if it's going to ultimately be a failure on htc's end

*doesnt realize htc did it first*

Totally agree with you. I definitely noticed the similarities right away. Also the I6's rounde sides are from the xperia designe book. Also kit Kat has gotten glitchy I'm ready for the lp. Can't wait for March

because of the thickness differences , iPhone is far too thin to be compared with the HTC one.

plus htc's front is totally different cause of boom sound and it has no physical home button that is reminiscent of the iPhone.

For all of you people complaining about the bezel. Don't click the article and don't buy the phone and choose something else. Its getting really annoying that you keep on complaining about it

I have the One M7 with the capacitive buttons on the bezels.....they should do the same if they're going to put big bezels.

For me i dont really mind the bezels on m8 at all. Actually i would want more bezels specifically on the sides because everyone who uses my phone doesn't touch the screen properly because a layer of their skin is always pressing on a part of it making it unresponsive. As for the top and bottom, i like the bezels to remain or even make them even taller, when i watch or play something i always use the bezels as something like a grip to hold on to the phone. These are my reasons why i don't understand why everybody complains about the bezel

They should keep the current design as it is perfect and best on market. Only thing they needed to change was the chip and camera, so awesome job HTC! Please give the plus model 5.5+ inch screen!

I don't care how bad the camera lens looks if it's going to take good pictures in low light condition because that is what matters to me,period.

I hope that it's a fake
I'm waiting to buy m9 but why should I buy a phone that has the same design as m8 ?
If it's the final version then I'm disappointed, htc is making the same mistake of sony in producing z series, whats the point of making 2 phones that you can hardly notice the difference ?

all oems have released flagships similar to their past model, lg did it with g2 to g3, sony on xperia z-z4, apple on their iphone models, huawei on p6 to p7. There's nothing wrong with that. If you want more change, wait for the butterfly 3
