Description

Gionee's Marathon M5 smartphone features a monster battery - in fact, it's two 3010 mAh juice packs. It includes a number of battery optimization features to ensure that it can outrun most other smartphones on the market. Whilst the Marathon M5's name gives it away as a long-distance runner as opposed to a sprint specialist, its specs are still reasonably solid. It bundles a quad-core 1.3 GHz processor, 2 GB of RAM, a 13-megapixel rear shooter, 4G LTE and 16GB of on-board storage, which can be expanded by means of the microSD slot. The 5.5-inch AMOLED display is only a 720 x 1280 offering.
