Well, that's where the "normal" Galaxy Watch 8 comes in, and while its price is typically set at $350 and up, there's an easy way to knock that down to a measly $199.99 without giving up much. Yes, you can save 150 bucks (if you hurry) on a 40mm GPS-only variant in brand-new, unused, unopened, and undamaged condition... as long as you're okay settling for a 90-day Woot warranty instead of the two-year coverage normally provided by a retailer like Amazon.
If you don't care about warranties at all, you can even spend $10 less on Amazon than on Woot for a "renewed" unit with standalone cellular connectivity, but that might not prove to be the best idea in the long run. Meanwhile, those with large wrists should strongly consider going for a 44mm non-LTE-enabled device at Woot and only paying $209.99 instead of its $379.99 list price.
Technically, these are "international" versions on sale at these massively discounted prices for the next four days (or while supplies last), but because they don't come with cellular support, that shouldn't inconvenience you much.

This is clearly not as stylish as a Galaxy Watch 8 Classic, but it's not an ugly wearable either. | Image by PhoneArena
What you need to understand very well before pulling the trigger here are the key differences between the Galaxy Watch 8 and Watch 8 Classic, which include the lack of a rotating bezel on the former, superior battery life on the latter, and, of course, reduced weight and thickness as far as the former model is concerned.
All in all, that means both these products are among the best smartwatches an Android phone user can buy in 2026, but the non-Classic Galaxy Watch 8 is probably more adequate for spending time in the gym and working out in general. The fashion battle is arguably won by the Classic, but I know that's not the only thing that matters for many smartwatch users out there.
