The Motorola Moto G series is pretty well-regarded for being affordable, yet having corners cut at all the right places, leaving snappy performance intact. Pair that with Motorola's usually on-time software updates and you have an Android fan on a budget's sweetheart phone.

The Moto G5 Plus is no exception. With a Snapdragon 625, 4 GB of RAM, a 3,000 mAh battery, and an adequate camera, its $300 price tag was considered a no-brainer. Well, now, we have an even better deal on our hands.

Over at eBay, a listing has an unknown number of Moto G5 Plus phones in "as new" (opened or damaged packaging) condition for $130. That's the lowest offer on a new G5 Plus we've seen — Amazon usually offers deals on the same handset but these have dropped to $170 at most.

So, if you have been thinking on dropping around $100 on a backup device or a phone for someone that doesn't need flagship specs — this is a steal.
