Xiaomi Mi Note 2 flagship to be unveiled on October 25

The good news is we won't have to wait too long to have a good idea of what Xiaomi's smartphone has to offer. The Chinese company has just confirmed that the Mi Note 2 will be officially unveiled on October 25.
The official invitation doesn't contain any other information regarding the Mi Note 2, so we're still relying on previous reports that suggest the flagship will boast a stunning 5.7-inch curved display that supports full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution, as well as a powerful Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 processor.
Furthermore, the Mi Note 2 is said to pack 4GB of RAM and either 32GB or 64GB of storage. On the back, the phone is rumored to feature 12-megapixel dual main cameras, while under the hood there should be a large 4,000 mAh battery.
Xiaomi is expected to announce a Pro version as well, but that one will sport a 5.7-inch Quad HD (2560 x 1440 pixels) display, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal memory.
Other than that, we know that the Mi Note 2 will come in tow with a “surprise” as suggested by Xiaomi's CEO Lei Jun a few weeks ago, but what kind of surprise that is, it's still a mystery.
