Updated Twitter app for Windows Phone 8 brings new features
On Thursday, Twitter announced that is has updated its app for Windows Phone 8. One of the best features added is the ability of Windows Phone 8 users to view Vine videos within a tweet. Of course, until Vine is available for the platform, you won't be able to produce your own clips. The update also allows you to save tweeted photos on your phone, and refresh a list on demand.

Since filters are one of the most demanded photo features, Twitter has added 9 of them if you include "No Filter" which leaves a picture looking like your favorite movie star without makeup. And the package also brings Lens app integration. The update is waiting for you now at the Windows Phone Store. If you use Twitter often, and you have a Windows Phone 8 flavored handset, it is a must-have.
