Two new Sony Xperia phones leak out
Along with the leaked image of a yet unreleased Sony (Ericsson) Windows Phone handset, here’s not one, but a couple of handsets carrying the Sony Ericsson logo that have never yet gotten an official release statement. A little glimpse of what’s to come at MWC in Barcelona?

Probably, but while nothing is official, it’s possible that the devices will launch with only Sony branding, dropping the Ericsson part, as Sony has acquired the Swedish company’s stake in the JV.

The device on the bottom seems to be the Xperia Nypon we’ve heard much about already. Except for being based on the NovaThor U8500 chip, it’s also rumored to come with a very bright 4” qHD WhiteMagic display and an 8-megapixel camera capable of capturing 1080p videos.

The less known gadget is the one on top. Chances are we are looking at the Kumquat - a successor to the Xperia mini. While it’s expected to have the same U8500 chip, the screen here will be much smaller at 3.5” with FWVGA resolution. It’s rumored to feature a 5-megapixel camera shooting 720p videos.

Plenty of things to get excited about in February, aren’t there?
