Tired of the Pre's stock music player - check out NaNplayer
For Palm Pre owners out there, they probably might complain of the somewhat lag whenever they access the music player at first. It's especially more prominent when you have tons of music stored on the phone – album covers come up after a couple of seconds. If you're looking to find something a bit more simple without all the glitzy looks of the interface, then NaNplayer might be for you. It opts for less eye candy that the standard player has and makes up for it in usability. There's actually a neat feature that's called the “GPS location Playlists” which will use a specific playlist depending on your location. And instead of having to make a playlist through a computer, you'll have control right on the Pre without any wires needed to be connected. Unfortunately this app is not a free one and will be a pay app around $3 to $5 – expect it to be available sometime this month.
