Sketches of the Meizu Pro 7 leak revealing a dual-edged screen instead of a Mi MIX clone
Recently, photos of a handset with glass covering close to 100% of its front body appeared and was thought to be the Meizu Pro 7. But today, sketches of the Pro 7 leaked revealing a dual-edged screen instead of a Xiaomi Mi MIX clone. In fact, the design as seen with the sketches resembles the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge and an earlier leaked photo of the phone that we showed you in August.

There are some differences from the image that we showed in you during the summer. The sketches have the 12MP dual-camera setup on back, located in the upper left hand corner. The earlier picture placed the rear cameras on the upper center of the screen. The front-facing camera weighs in at 8MP, and a Type-C USB port graces the handset on the bottom of the phone. It lies in between the speaker grilles. Also found on the bottom of the unit is the 3.5mm earphone jack and a microphone. According to the design, the device is 8mm thick.

If the sketches are current and are legit, it makes us wonder what device carries that 99%+ screen-to-body ratio and the ultrasonic fingerprint scanner. While we hope that the latter unit is a real handset that is in the works, it apparently will not be the Meizu Pro 7.
