Samsung Galaxy Note Edge Premium Edition comes with 3-yr warranty, 64 GB microSD card (only in Germany)
After receiving more than 120,000 votes from fans, Samsung will launch the Galaxy Note Edge in Germany sometimes later this month. Until December 31, German customers will be able to buy a Galaxy Note Edge Premium Edition, which costs €899 (about $1,120).

While this Note Edge Premium Edition isn’t different, specs-wise, from the regular version of the handset, what seem to be making it “premium” are the extras that come in the box. These include a Wallet Flip cover, a 64 GB Samsung EVO Class 10 microSD card, a display cleaner, a tips & tricks brochure, and 3-year warranty.

Moreover, the first 500 Note Edge Premium Edition buyers will have the chance to win a Samsung Experience Day - an exclusive tour of Samsung’s Germany headquarters (including dinner).

After December 31 (thus starting 2015), the Galaxy Note Edge Premium Edition will no longer be available to buy - instead, Samsung will offer the regular Note Edge to German customers.

As a reminder, the Samsung Galaxy Note Edge is already available to buy in Japan and South Korea, and will be released in the US starting later this week, on November 14.

Im happy to see a phone that actually has a warranty for more than 1 year. GG Samsung ! This is a huge plus, no matter how well your hardware is or how great your phone is built. Tech dies, some faster than others, and this is great for people who keep their phones for more than 2 years! Might have to take a visit to Germany :P

Here in Oz, all samsung phones come with a 2 year warranty. I don't know why its only 1 year in other countries, sux especially if you're on a 2 year contract.

Nice. That 64GB mSD card definitely appreciated. Not sure if it's more worth over the 'Standard Edition' though. (Impressive warranty nonetheless).

Official Note Edge wallet: 29.99 USD, Samsung EVO Class 10 microSD card, 64.99 USD. And say around 20 USD for a microfiber cloth and screen cleaner set. The "tips and tricks" brochure must be where the premium cost is coming from. The warranty is nice, but since I change phones yearly, it's not really necessary for me.

Don't forget a Note Edge costs more in Germany than it does in the US.

It's really pity to see Samsung struggling to seem better than they are with all those meaningless suffixes.
