Not too long ago, it was revealed that HMD Global had brought the Nokia 9 PureView’s announcement forward by roughly one month. Unfortunately, as it stands, an exact date is yet to be provided. But thanks to a new source (via 91Mobiles), we do have a slightly more concrete timeframe.

Allegedly, the penta-camera smartphone will make its international debut in either the third or fourth week of January. This means that an announcement should take place between Monday, January 14 and Friday, January 25.

At the moment, the release date remains unconfirmed but a launch in early February is extremely likely. When this does happen, the initial stock will be limited to European markets. Speaking of which, it’s claimed that the Nokia 9 PureView will retail at either €749 or €799 depending on the country. In either case, expansion into other territories such as Asia is to be expected eventually.

For those unaware, the Nokia 9 PureView is set to make its debut with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 845 on the inside. This will be paired with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage, in addition to stock Android 9 Pie straight out of the box as part of the Android One program.
