Motorola DROID RAZR M pre-order page is now up on Verizon's site
UPDATE
The pre-order site is now live and will allow you to pre-order the Motorola DROID RAZR M in White or Black for $99.99 (after a $50 instant rebate) with a 2-year contract. For those of you with Unlimited Data plans, and want to keep that feature without changing to a tiered data plan, you'll have to shell out $549.99 for the full retail price.

Today Motorola and Verizon announced a trio of new DROIDs: the DROID RAZR M, DROID RAZR HD, and DROID RAZR MAXX HD.

The DROID RAZR M will be the first to hit the streets, as Verizon now has their pre-order page up, which will accept pre-orders starting at 5pm, and the release date will be on 9/13. Pricing of the DROID RAZR M will be $99.99 with a 2-year contract. Earlier today the Accessories page DROID RAZR M was also activated.

Motorola and Verizon are positioning the DROID RAZR M as "budget" model due to its low price, but still will have good features. Included is an edge-to-edge 4.3" 960x540 qHD Super AMOLED display, 1.5 GHz dual-core processor with 1GB of RAM, 8MP rear autofocus camera with LED flash, 3MP front camera, 4G LTE and Global connectivity. The higher-end DROID RAZR HD and DROID RAZR MAXX HD will be released "before the holidays" and comes with a larger 4.7" Super AMOLED HD display and higher capacity batteries (with the MAXX HD having the largest).

You can check out the source link below to pre-order the DROID RAZR M, check its features, and also see some images of the RAZR HD and MAXX HD. It also hints that all three models will be available in Black and White color options
