Moto G5 Plus hits the shelves at Republic Wireless for $229
The Moto G5 Plus, one of the robust mid-range Android smartphones recently launched on the market, has just made its debut at Republic Wireless. Customers can now pick this one up for prices starting at $229.

The good news is Republic Wireless offers the 4GB RAM/64GB ROM model as well, though customers will have to pay $299 upfront to get it. Another option allows you to grab the Moto G5 Plus for just $14 per month (32GB model) or $18 per month (64GB model).

The smartphone is available in either Lunar Gray or Fine Gold color options, and according to Republic Wireless it ships in 2-3 days.

The Nougat-powered handset comes with a 5.2-inch display that supports full HD (1080p) resolution and features Corning Gorilla Glass 3 coating.

Also, the Moto G5 Plus is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 processor, either 2GB or 4GB RAM, as well as 32GB or 64GB internal memory (expandable via microSD card).

On the back, the smartphone packs a 12-megapixel camera with dual-LED flash and 4K video recording, while on the front there's a secondary 5-megapixel selfie shooter. The Moto G5 Plus drains energy from a non-removable 3,000 mAh battery.
