Meizu VP Li Nan says it has 300,000 units of the Meizu M5 Note to sell; last second image leaks
Meizu VP Li Nan took to his weibo account yesterday to reveal that the company has 300,000 units of the Meizu M5 Note to sell. The phone has yet to be announced, but that is expected to change within a few hours. Mr. Li probably already knows that 80,000 registrations for the M5 Note's initial flash sale have already been taken from online mall JD.com.
Rumored specs reveal that the phone comes with a 5.5-inch display, carrying a 1080 x 1920 resolution. The MediaTek Helio P10 chipset is under the hood, which means that the phone is powered by the MT6755M SoC. Thus, the M5 Note is driven by an octa-core CPU and the Mali-T860 GPU. 3GB of RAM is inside along with 32GB of native storage, and the camera combo weighs in at 13MP/5MP from back to front.
As time ticks down toward today's unveiling, a last second leak of the phone has appeared revealing the metal build and the two rear-facing antenna lines. Things like pricing and availability should be announced at the event. Stay tuned!
