Marvel Puzzle Quest adds Medusa, Queen of the Inhumans, as new character

The addictive Marvel Puzzle Quest game for Android and iOS devices has been recently updated with a brand new character. Those of you who play it a lot know that this doesn't happen too often, but the next character has been added by developers at players' request.

Medusa, Queen of the Inhumans is now part of the Marvel Puzzle Quest roster since it won the Marvel NOW! Poll that developers conducted over the summer.

The new character was added to the game over other famous super heroes like Gorgon, Karnak, Flint or Naja. However, that doesn't meant they don't have a chance to make into the game in the future.

So, according to developer D3 Go!, Medusa was designed as a support character who can also cause a lot of damage while healing the team.

Her hair shakes things up on the board generating health, causing damage, gaining additional AP or swapping random tiles and stealing any swapped enemy special tiles.

She's got three powerful abilities that she uses such as The Resolute Queen, Entanglement, and Hair Meddle. Apparently, the best match for Medusa would be Quake and Kamala Khan, thanks to their powers.

Medusa is available for recruiting starting December 1, while Medusa's Vault will start on Sunday, December 4 and go through December 9 with the Venom Bomb event and finally the Medusa PvP event will be titled the Big Bangs Theory and go from December 8 through December 12.
