Lenovo Yoga Book (Android and Windows 10 variants) now available to pre-order in the US
Announced at IFA 2016 several weeks ago, the Lenovo Yoga Book can now be pre-ordered in the US, where it will be released on October 17. This is a 2-in-1 tablet that's offered in Android Marshmallow and Windows 10 flavors. The Android model costs $499.99, while the Windows one is a bit more expensive at $549.99.

The Yoga Book comes with what Lenovo is calling a "Halo Keyboard." This doesn't feature physical keys, being a pressure-sensitive panel that displays a virtual keyboard (with haptic feedback), while also having a Create Pad mode - this allows you to draw, take notes and whatnot, with the help of a Real Pen stylus included in the retail box.

Powered by a quad-core Intel Atom x5 processor, the Yoga Book sports a 10.1-inch display with 1920 x 1200 pixels, further featuring 4 GB of RAM, 8 MP and 2 MP cameras (rear and front), 64 GB of expandable storage space, and an 8500 mAh battery.

The Android-based Lenovo Yoga Book is available in three color variants (Champagne Gold, Gunmetal Grey, and Carbon Black), while the Windows-based one only comes in black. You can pre-order any of the variants online from Lenovo - check out the source link below. 64GB of storage. For a laptop? More than 10Gb will be taken up by Windows. Sorry that is just lame. For a laptop where I need to store my own stuff, even 128GB is barely enough. I rather spend $300 more and get a Surface Pro 4. This thing is a joke at best.

If you know what is best for you, stay away from the Atom processor.
