Screaming deal. So tempting to jump ship from Sprint to their $40/mo 1200 min, unlimited data & text plan. Only issue is my wife and mother in law are on my Sprint plan. My wife is happy with her Evo and my mother in law is happy with her Sprint Intercept with Froyo. I could easily switch my mother in law to a Virgintercept once they get the 2.2 update, but my wife would have a hard time switching to an Optimus V from an Evo. But the best thing about the MSM7227 proc in the Optimus One phones is the Adreno 205 GPU built onto the proc. Much better than the old school 528mhz procs with no GPU in the Hero and Mytouch 3G. The Adreno 205 is the same GPU from the first gen Snapdragon.

I was at RadioShack today and saw it. There was the phone on display there. They said they put it up today but with no word on how much it would cost. They also said it won't be out for awhile though.
