Huawei Mate X official images show the phone from all angles
Unfortunately for those who've been waiting for Huawei to launch its first-ever foldable smartphone, the Chinese company confirmed earlier this week the Mate X will no longer be released on the market in September, as previously announced.

One of the reasons of the delay could be related to the recent reports that Huawei had to redesign some of the phone's parts to avoid the same issues that the Galaxy Fold experienced right before its launch. Pictures of a redesigned Mate X held by one Huawei executive popped up back in July, but we now have official pictures with the latest iteration of the foldable smartphone.

Spotted by PlayfulDroid, the pictures have been recently listed at TENAA, the Chinese certification agency, so there's no reason to doubt their authenticity. In terms of changes, the visible ones are the additional ToF sensor located below the triple-camera and the slightly redesigned power button.

The listing also reveals some of the phone's specs, but this is not new information. Just in case though, here is a quick rundown of the Mate X's technical specifications: 8-inch OLED display, secondary 6.6-inch AMOLED display, Kirin 980 chipset, 6GB/8GB/12GB RAM, 128GB/256GB/512GB storage, quad-camera (40MP+16MP+8MP+ToF sensor), and 4,400 mAh battery.
