HTC Media Link HD Demonstration
Wanna stream those HD videos wirelessly from your HTC smartphone to your HDTV? That's easy, as long as you have the HTC Media Link HD. The accessory was on display at MWC 2012, so we didn't miss our chance to check it out while browsing through the HTC booth.
The HTC Media Link HD hooks up to an HDTV via HDMI and connects to a Wi-Fi network at the same time. Once connected to the same Wi-Fi network, an HTC smartphone can easily stream HD content to the TV set. Or if you prefer, it can work in mirrored mode so that whatever you see on the handset's screen is also displayed on the TV set. By the way, an HTC One X was used for the demonstration at MWC 2012, but we are pretty sure that other recent HTC smartphones will be compatible as well.
