Just the other day, we were finally able to show you real photographs of the HTC Legend as opposed to the renderings that had previously been shown, Now, we have some specs to go along with the pictures. Both were tipped to Engadget. The Legend is equipped with a 3.2 inch HVGA AMOLED capacitive touchscreen, and will be powered by the same processor as the Palm Pixi Plus and the upcoming Motorola Devour. That is the 600MHz Qualcomm MSM 7227. The camera is a 5MP model with an LED flash. The Legend brings quadband GSM/EDGE plus dualband HSPA. Wi-Fi is included as is a 3.5mm audio jack, a magnetic compass and a 1300 mAh battery.
While the specs indicate a mid-range device not quite up there with the Nexus One and the DROID, the stunning all aluminum casing is supposed to make it almost impossible to break the Legend. Of course, there was another "Legend" that was supposed to be unsinkable and that legend ended up on the bottom of the ocean
