Google Nexus 6P and Nexus 5X to be available only online, prices for the latter could start at $379.
Tomorrow, September 29, should be a big day for Google, as the company is seemingly getting ready to announce two new Nexus smartphones, both running Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box: the Nexus 5X (manufactured by LG), and the Nexus 6P (made by Huawei).

Not long ago, we heard that prices for the Nexus 5X could start at $399.99 - which would be great, considering all the advanced features that the handset is expected to pack. But the new smartphone might be even cheaper: according to Android Police, an unlocked Nexus 5X 16 GB should cost $379.99, while the 32 GB variant should be a bit more expensive. Reportedly, Google will take pre-orders for the Nexus 5X starting tomorrow in the US, UK, Ireland, Japan, and South Korea. Apparently, the handset will be offered in three color versions: Carbon, Quartz, and Ice Blue.

As for the Nexus 6P, Android Police has it that prices for it could start at $499 (32 GB version), with pre-orders also expected to be available as soon as tomorrow. Interestingly, it's said that both the Nexus 5X and Nexus 6P should be sold only online. If that's true, customers won't be able to find them in carrier stores.

As a reminder, the Nexus 5X will likely sport a 5.2-inch 1080p (or Quad HD) display, being powered by a Snapdragon 808 processor, while the Nexus 6P should feature a 5.7-inch Quad HD screen and a Snapdragon 810 processor. Both smartphones seemingly have fingerprint scanners on the back. Are you excited about any of the two upcoming Nexus handsets?
