FCC gets window of opportunity to examine Samsung Focus S, AT&T bound
One of the three Windows Phone 7.5 handsets that is coming to AT&T this fall, the Samsung i937 aka the Samsung Focus S, visited the FCC on its way to the carrier. Besides the Focus S, the other Windows Phone Mango handsets coming to AT&T are the HTC Titan and the Samsung Focus Flash. All three models will feature 4G connectivity thanks to AT&T's HSPA+ network.

The Samsung Focus S has some pretty hot specs. Let's start with the 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display. Under the hood is a 1.4GHz single-core processor and a pair of cameras grace the device. On back is an 8MP camera while a 1.3MP camera on front takes self-portraits and lets you video chat. As we said, Windows Phone 7.5 is running the show.

With this visit to the FCC completed, the Samsung Focus S is one step closer to bringing Windows Phone Mango to your hand.
