The Galaxy Tab S4 is still the most powerful Samsung tablet available on the market, even though the South Korean company has already announced the Galaxy Tab S6. The latter is indeed better when it comes to hardware, but it won't hit the stores until next week.

The market launch of the Galaxy Tab S6 is a good opportunity for US retailers to offer discounts on the slightly older Galaxy Tab S4. And that's exactly Best Buy's strategy, which is running a promotion on Samsung's high-end tablet this weekend.

The cheapest Samsung Galaxy Tab S4 model typically sells for $650, but you can get one right now for just $500 from Best Buy. Apart from the $150 discount, customers who purchase the table will also receive a free $50 e-gift card and a 6-month Trend Micro Internet Security subscription.

It's just the Wi-Fi only version of the Galaxy Tab S4 that's on sale at Best Buy, but you can choose between the 64GB and 256GB model. The latter is available for as low as $600 after a $150 discount.
