Deal: Google Home smart speaker is on sale for just $70 ($60 off) at Walmart

One of the best-selling smart speakers in the US, the Google Home is now discounted at Walmart by almost half. Featuring Google Assistant, the smart speaker can be a powerful helper if you know what to ask it. It can even be paired with a Chromecast if you want to stream movies and shows, using only your voice.

Not the cheapest smart speaker available on the market, the Google Home typically sells for $130. However, Walmart now offers the smart speaker for just $70, a price that puts it close to Google's cheapest smart speaker, the Home Mini.

If you ever wanted to own a smart speaker, Walmart's Google Home deal is exceptional, and might not be back for a while. If you can't afford the price or simply don't want to spend that much on a smart speaker, you can get the Google Home Mini, which is on sale for just $25 ($25 off) at the same retailer.
