Another teaser for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shows the phablet in silhouette

Another teaser for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4 shows the phablet in silhouette
For the last week, Samsung has been bombarding us with video teasers for the Samsung Galaxy Note 4. The next iteration of the manufacturer's phablet line is expected to be unveiled on September 3rd, which is this coming Wednesday. With the days before the unveiling dwindling down, Samsung has once again produced a video to tease the Galaxy Note 4. And once again, Samsung chose the S Pen as the focus of the teaser.

Similar to one of the first videos that we saw from Samsung for the Galaxy Note 4, this teaser talks about the history of the pen, and shows how the writing instrument is a tool of creation. The pen created art, touched our souls, enhanced our lives and now, says Samsung, it gets even better with the S Pen for the Galaxy Note 4.

The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (in silhouette) even makes an appearance in this clip. Check it out by clicking on the video below.

Seems Sammy have nothing new to come up with and just reruns S-Pen all the time. We all know S-Pen from Note 1 already, no need to reminds its functionality.

Thanks for making those images available. Note 4 is not looking so great though. One of the concepts was quite a stunner, so I had some hopes for improved design. I guess we'll see what's real and what's not in a few days.

They have done a much better job preventing the leaks this time. Still have not seen a legit image of the phone and we are 4 days out?

Bloody no! Note 4 is still looks cheap and unusable. I cant rest my hands on the top of the screen for me to write properly. Its the problem since the 1st Note and Samsung lazilly cant come up with a solution. Instead they put up a slew of useless features but the basics of writing they cant even do right. Now they have to guts to advertise its the good thing since pen is invented.

Instead they put up a slew of useless features but the basics of writing they cant even do right. Now they have to guts to advertise its the good thing since pen is invented." It was actually a puzzle to find the right way to write with my Note 3 after getting used to writing/drawing on my Note 8 which I had for a while before getting the Note 3. For sketching in landscape mode, I found resting the Note 3 on something like a leather pad and holding the left side of the phone with my non-drawing hand worked pretty well. For portrait mode, it was a stretch, but holding the phone with my left hand across the width of the phone and drawing with my right worked okay. That said, I still find drawing and sketching a lot nicer on the Note 8 than the Note 3. For some things, bezels are very nice to have. The S-Pen also tracks better on the Note 8, maybe due to the lower resolution screen. Now for non-drawing/sketching purposes, I think the best use of the S-Pen is to get "hover" functionality. I don't use it a lot, but this is a nice addition to the UI. So I am a bit ambivalent about the Note 4. If it's locked down and Towelroot doesn't work, then it is an easy "no". I really like the rumored specs of the next Nexus phone and the Z3 Compact. It's good to have three choices, all really good devices :)

I think people will be surprised with the Note 4. Having said that, there will always be critics of every product.

Samsung is the cause of their own sales decline, that is for sure. This "teaser" is bombastic and empty. I wonder if it means the Note 4 will basically be a Note 3 with QHD, an 801/805, and a different shell design. What would be cool for the Note 4 is great support for USB audio. Hopefully that is in the mix.

No sales decline there. Check up the facts. There is decline only in feature phones in India and China. High range is up( and middle range ,too)

I thought I read something about the S5 not selling as well as projected and sales of it declining faster than the S4. My only wish is for Samsung to keep listening to customers and doing things that are in the customer interest. I think they did a good job with the Alpha. Hopefully the Note 4 is along these lines. Though some little birdie tells me that the Note 5 will be the real monster, the true Godzilla, not the Note 4.
