Android 1.6 Donut makes video appearance, shows off new Android Market
Android 1.6 has been released to developers for use on specially configured phones. One YouTuber, aesneito84, has such a handset and he loaded up his myTouch 3G with the update and shot a video for our viewing pleasure. Since most of the improvements in 1.6 are not the visual kind, the video quickly points out changes that we can see. Scrolling through apps is easier and the new Android Market makes an appearance. Taking photographs and capturing video both have been made easier and we get to see some changes in the browser. So, grab the coffee and sit back. One cavaet: this Donut is not for dunking.
